How Do We Do It?
Discovery

We hop on a 30-minute call to assess if we are a good fit, and if a design intensive will be your best option for this collaboration. We go over the detaisl of what makes this service different from a standard build- and what we can create with a template.
Prep

You will be set-up in our set-up kit and provided your website prompts, worksheets, resources, questionnaires and how-to-submit files so we have all your information ready to review. We will go over all your content submissions to ensure you are all ready to go and provide our expert feedback, tips and suggestions to elevate, clarify and refine your content.
Strategy & Pre-Development

We will book an overview of your new website strategy with all the essentials and details required for the project. We will go over go over the design direction and if any changes to the submitted content need to be made. We will have a quick 45- 90 minute chat to review the plan together on a video call. This will give ATC the groundwork for our pre-design.
Once our strategy call has wrapped and we have established a design day in the calander. ATC will take all your content and web strategy notes from our call and pre-map out the website pages and written content on each page and install all the branding elements ( fonts, colors, logos, imagery etc.) in advance of our design day.
Design & Development Day

We meet bright and early and start our design day! We will review what ATC has provided so far and go over each page systematically and jot down any change requests. We then hop onto video share calls throughout the day to review the progress. Once the end of the day nears- We hop back on for a final walk through of the site and record any back-end tutorials and training that you can then reference at any time. If you are ready to go live- We can flip the switch!
Post Support

At the end of your project- You will get a personalized walk-through video recording of your new site and how to navigate all the core features as well as video tutorials on the back end basics. You also get 10 days of email support for any questions that may come up as you learn to

Here are some commonly asked questions about this service. Please note- This service is time-bound and designed for speed and fast-paced decision-making.

Apart from custom fonts and minor css changes- Due to the time-bound nature of this service we do not offer any custom css within this intensive. Any additional custom code requests are at the designer’s discretion and discussed in advance. Extra customizations will require another service booking.

Base Shopify- 5 core pages: Home ( max 6 sections) , About, Collection, Product, + one additional ( max 5 sections per page)
Base Squarespace- Home, About, Services/ Details, Contact, FAQ ( max 5 sections per page.) -
Depending on your unique needs- we will load what you need to get you started. The main focus for your products is setting up your collections and navigation.
The base pricing for this intensive is based on 1- 5 products. Additional product load services are available. -
We use Shopify for e-commerce and Squarespace for basic websites.

Only small adjustments to the strategy and layout will be allowed on the day itself, and strictly during check-in calls. Any major changes or rollbacks of approved website design & architecture could impede the development process and require the booking of an additional design-intensive slot.

Yes! All our website builds are 100% mobile friendly.

While we strive to ensure all the best SEO practices are covered in your theme and store- We do not offer any advanced SEO services. All basic SEO meta descriptions will be prompted in your worksheets.

We can help you with fonts and colors! But we do not provide logos or brand assets with this service- If you are in need of brand assets- We are happy to book a brand package for you alongside this project. We offer Mini Brand Intensives that are designed with Website intensives in mind. Please ask us for details.

The nature of this service is fast-paced and organized. In order to streamline this process we provide. a Google Drive folder with all the project documents pre installed- once a deposit has been made, you will recieve access tot he folder. All our prompts and pre-requisite set-ups will be provided with very detailed instructions.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot. Full payment is required on the morning of the of the design intensive.

The nature of this service is time-bound. Meaning- You are booking our design services for a set amount of scheduled time. Because projects require collaborative efforts and for factors we cannot control, we cannot guarantee deliverables. We make necessary planning to make sure we maximize the time booked and work towards our estimated outputs. This timeline works when we stick the strategy and plan. Any tasks or major revisions that are not done within the scheduled timeline will require booking of another day intensive. ( In the event that the designer cannot complete the day due to reasons on their side- They will offer another morning session.)

Depending on the essentials we discuss and time we have during the day we may install some apps. All apps must be pre-discussed before the first design day.
